10th marksheet or Birth cerrificate
12th marksheet
Consolidated marksheet
ID card
Degree cerrificate each for every transcript requirement (front & back)
Photo and a A3 sized cloth cover
Finally DD of Rs.500 for each transcript
The transcripts will be ready in 14  working days
