My -ve

He wants to be perfect in my work and so i used to spend more time checking for mistakes   all the time. This consumed a lot of time. Now he has improved on this and finishes the tasks before the deadline. 

He used to hesitate in the past to take up multitasking,  but now he has learnt  to adopt himself to do many works simultaneously and come out with flying colours. 

He used to postpone my commitments thinking that he could do better by slowing down , but after gaining  knowledge and experience he has cultivated an habit of completing the works in  time.

How do u know the student? 

I interacted with him several times when he came to clarify his doubts about the topics taught in the class room. He was always proactive. He volunteered himself for various activities in the classroom and laboratory. He was very helpful to others as well.

 How do u know the student?

Being Hod of Comp Sc & Engg I regularly monitor supervise the students for their studies and activities. During my visit to the lab, I could notice his keen interest in programming and he can able to finish his practical within time and enhance the program for other possibilities.
